蘭嶼的天空

Así es el destino 西班牙文這就是命運之意

這禮拜三看氣象預報得知米雷颱風來襲的消息
隨即接到船公司通知週末到島上的船全面停開
準備已久的蘭嶼行程只好被迫取消
禮拜五帶著失落的心情　想趁著火車還沒開前　到台鐵去退票
結果到了火車站　才發現我之前的票根本訂錯了
我訂的車早在當天凌晨就已經開走
雖然損失了500元但也一方面慶幸
要不是颱風打亂了我的行程
我現在可能大半夜還和同學兩人拿著錯的票在車上苦惱該怎麼度過漫長的夜

有一失必有一得
取消了週末的蘭嶼行
可以多上一堂西文課和烏克麗麗
也免得在夜車上求助無門
雖然損失一點金錢
但未嘗不是好事

好像這一切都早在冥冥之中注定

昨天辦完簽證，下午一個人晃到六張犁的梅花看完了Hermano
星期二的下午　偌大的廳裡只有四個人　
第一個劃位的我　坐到了正中間七排一的好位子
驚喜的是　劇情比想像中的緊湊、好看
故事探討生在社會底層的兩兄弟
因為媽媽的意外死亡一下子面臨了朋友親情未來的現實抉擇與價值觀的衝突
最近看的兩部西文片都是在探討社會底層生活的無奈
但是值得慶幸的是
Hermano呈現的是我們最終還是有選擇的權利
向下沉淪或力爭上游　都是自己的決定

很喜歡足球教練在比賽中場中說的一句話
＂人生中命運永遠會先馳得點，但每天一覺醒來還是要告訴自己，現在還是零比零。＂

上班之後每隔一段時間就很想出去走走
以前會因為找不到旅伴而做罷
現在則是很想一個人就直接衝了
雖然我媽聽到很可能會發瘋
可能是悶了太久所以老天爺最後直接放我一個長假

申請學校的事總算告一段落現在開始準備迎接嶄新的人生體驗

今天看完早場的電影在回程的車上
回想起過往的這一年
忽然發覺我好像又陷入一種循環
好多年前經歷過的事件
現在又重複出現
曾幾何時以為早就擺脫的人生
現在我又扮演著類似的角色又陷入相同的情緒與痛苦還無法自拔
大哭過後突然醒悟這不就是書裡提到的人生模式
當我沒有學會這門功課
潛意識就會讓類似的劇碼一再上演
逼著自己再面對同樣的挑戰
擦乾眼淚我告訴自己這次我必須通過考驗

想了很久好不容易才踏出一步
事實證明我的老毛病還是"想太多"
猶豫不決不如直接了斷
省得蹉跎光陰
誠心感謝總遇到願意伸出援手的人

今天在天下雜誌上看到精實創業(Lean startup)的概念
徹底顛覆了傳統創業的思維
網路時代創業既不需要原創idea 也不需大筆的資金投入
強調的是利用免費資源一有產品後就盡快投入市場
看消費者的反應再邊做邊修改
雖然創業門檻降低了但隨市場需求變化的彈性又更為重要

簡單一句話就是"做就對了!"
畢竟never try, never know!

統計學教導我們可以用平均數、中位數來獲得平均水準
除此之外別忘了用標準差、眾數來觀察離散趨勢　
但是在面臨是否要追求夢想的抉擇時
這些數值是否還適用？
又　當樣本本身就極少時，是否仍具有參考性呢？

安全很好
冒險　可能會獲得更多　或　回到原點　甚至一敗塗地
無論如何　我還是只想做自己的主人
至少　不會後悔

許多同學應該都還記得聯考前夕的焦慮：許多同學應該都還記得聯考前夕的焦慮：
差一分可能要掉好幾個志願，甚至於一生的命運從此改觀！

到了大四，這種焦慮可能更強烈而複雜：到底要先當兵，就業，還是先考研究所？
我就經常碰到學生充滿焦慮的問我這些問題。可是，這些焦慮實在是莫須有的！

生命是一種長期而持續的累積過程，絕不會因為單一的事件而毀了一個人的一生，
也不會因為單一的事件而救了一個人的一生。屬於我們該得的，遲早會得到；
屬於我們不該得的，即使僥倖巧取也不可能長久保有。

如果我們看清這個事實，許多所謂"人生的重大抉擇" 就可以淡然處之，根本無需焦慮。而所謂"人生的困境"，也往往當下就變得無足掛齒。

以聯考為例：
一向不被看好好的甲不小心猜對十分，而進了建國中學；
一向穩上建國的乙不小心丟了二十分，而到附中。
放榜日一家人志得意滿，另一家人愁雲慘霧，好像甲，乙兩人命運從此篤定。
可是，聯考真的意謂著什麼？可是，聯考真的意謂著什麼？
建國中學最後錄取的那一百人，真的有把握一定比附中前一百名前景好嗎？
僥倖考上的人畢竟只是僥倖考上，一時失閃的人也不會因為單一的事件而前功盡棄。

一個人在聯考前所累積的實力，絕不會因為放榜時的排名而有所增減。

因為，生命是一種長期而持續累積的過程！所以，三年後乙順利的考上台大，
而甲卻跑到成大去。這時回首高中聯考放榜的時刻，甲有什麼好得意？而乙又有什麼好傷心？

仔細比較甲與乙的際遇，再重新想想這句話："生命是一種長期而持續的累積過程，
不會因為一時的際遇而終止增或減聯考排名只是個表象，有何可喜，可憂，可懼？

我常和大學部同學談生涯規劃，問他們三十歲以後希望再社會上扮演什麼樣的角色。可是，到現在沒有人真的能回答我這個問題，
他們能想到的只有下一步到底是當兵還是考研究所聯考制度已經把我們對生命的延續感徹底瓦解掉，剩下的只有片段的"際遇"，更可悲的甚至只活在放榜的那個(光榮或悲哀的)時刻！

但是，容許我不厭其煩的再重複一次：
生命的真相是一種長期而持續的累積過程(這是偶發的際遇無法剝奪的)，
而不是一時順逆的際遇。如果我們能看清處這個事實，生命的過程就真是"功不唐捐"，沒什麼好貪求，也沒什麼好焦慮的了！剩下來，
我們所需要做的無非只是想清楚自己要從人生獲得什麼，然後安安穩穩，誠誠懇懇的去累積就是了。

我自己就是一個活生生的例子。從一進大學就決定不再念研究所，所以，
大學四年的時間多半再念人文科學的東西。畢業後工作了幾年，才決定要念研究所。碩士畢業後，立下決心：從此不再為文憑而唸書。誰知道，世事難料，
當了五年講師後，我又被時勢所迫，整裝出國念博士。

出國時，一位大學同學笑我：全班最晚念博士的都要回國了，
你現在才要出去？兩年後我從劍橋回來，覺得人生際遇無常，莫此為甚：
一個從大一就決定再也不鑽營學位的人，竟然連碩士和博士都拿到了！和博士都拿到了！

屬於我們該得的，哪樣曾經少過？而人生中該得與不該得的究竟有多少，我們又何曾知曉？從此我對際遇一事不能不更加淡然。
當講師期間，有些態度較極端的學生會當面表現出他們的不屑；從劍橋回來時，卻被學生當做不得了的事看待。

這種表面上的大起大落，其實都是好事者之言，完全看不到事實的真相。
從表面上看來，兩年就拿到劍橋博士，這好像很了不起。但是，
在這"兩年"之前我已經花整整一年，將研究主題有關的論文全部看完，並找出研究方向；而之前更已花三年時間做控制方面的研究，並且在國際著名的學術期刊中發表論文的成果，老愛在表面上以斷裂而孤立的事件誇大議論，因此每每在平淡無奇的事件上強做悲喜。

可是對我來講，每當講師期間被學生瞧不起，以及劍橋剛回來時被同學誇大本事，
都只是表象。事實是：我只在乎每天二十四小時點點滴滴的累積。
拿碩士或博士只是特定時刻裡這些成果累積的外在展示而已，
人生命中真實的累積從不曾因這些事件而終止或加添。

我高中最要好的朋友，一生背運：高中考兩次，高一念兩次，
大學又考兩次，甚至連機車駕照都考兩次。畢業後，他告訴自己：我沒有人脈，
也沒有學歷，只能靠加倍的誠懇和努力。現在，他自己擁有一家公司，年收入數千萬。

一個人在升學過程中不順利，而在事業上順利，這是常見的事。
有才華的人，不會因為被名校拒絕而連帶失去他的才華，只不過要另外找適合他表現的場所而已。

反過來，一個人在升學過程中太順利，
也難免因而放不下身段去創業，而只能乖乖領薪水過活。

福禍如何，誰能全面知曉？我們又有什麼好得意？又有什麼好憂慮？
人生的得與失，有時候怎麼也說不清楚，有時候卻再簡單不過了：
我們得到平日累積的成果，而失去我們不曾努力累積的！

所以重要的不是和別人比成就，而是努力去做自己想做的。
功不唐捐，最後該得到的不會少你一分，不該得到的也不會多你一分。

好像是前年的時候，我在年第一，第二名。可是從高一我就不曾放棄自己喜歡的文學，音樂，書法，藝術和哲學，而他卻始終不曾分心，因此兩個人在學術上的差距只會愈來愈遠。反過來說，這十幾二十年我在人文領域所獲得的滿足，恐怕已遠非他所能理解的了。

我太太問過我，如果我肯全心專注於一個研究領域，是不是至少會趕上這位同學的成就？我不這樣想，兩個不同性情的人，註定要走兩條不同的路。不該得的東西，
我們註定是得不到的，隨隨便便拿兩個人來比，只看到他所得到的，卻看不到他所失去的，這有什麼意義？

從高中時代開始，我就不曾仔細有人問我，既然遲早要念博士，
當年念完碩士?早出國，今天是不是可以更早升教授？我從不這樣想。
老是斤斤計較著幾年拿博士，幾年升等，這實在很無聊，
完全未脫離學生時代"應屆考取"的稚氣心態！

人生長的很，值得發展的東西又多，何必在乎那三，五年？
反過來說，有些學生覺得我"多才多藝"，生活"多采多姿"，好像很值得羨慕。
可是，為了兼顧理工和人文的研究，我平時要比別人多花一倍心力，
這卻又是大部分學生看不到，也不想學的。

有次清華電臺訪問我："老師你如何面對你人生中的困境？"
我當場愣在那裡，怎麼樣都想不出我這一生什麼時候有過困境！
後來仔細回想，才發現：我不是沒有過困境，而是被常人當作"困境"的境遇，
我都當作一時的際遇，不曾在意過而已。

剛服完兵役時，長子已出生卻還找不到工作。我曾焦慮過，
卻又覺得遲早會有工作，報酬也不至於低的離譜，就不曾太放在心上。
念碩士期間，家計全靠太太的薪水，省吃儉用，
但對我而言又算不上困境。一來，精神上我過的很充實，二自己有機會轉行去教書(做自己想做的事)。

三十一歲才要出國，而同學正要回系上任教，
我很緊張(不知道劍橋要求的有多嚴)，卻不曾喪氣。
因為，我知道自己過去一直很努力，也有很滿意的心得和成果，只不過別人看不到而已。

我沒有過困境，因為我從不在乎外在的得失，也不武斷的和別人比高下，
而只在乎自己內在真實的累積。我沒有過困境，因為我確實了解到：
生命是一種長期而持續的累積過程，絕不會因為單一的事件而有劇烈的起伏。

同時我也相信：屬於我們該得的，遲早會得到；屬於我們不該得的，即使一分也不可能加增。

假如你可以持有相同的信念，那麼人生於你也會是寬廣而長遠，也沒有什麼好焦慮的了。

學過管理學的人應該都聽過月暈效果或以偏概全的概念，然道理理解起來很容易，當自己身在其中時，卻很難置身事外。

過去一年中，因為申請學校的緣故開始關注幾個網路論壇，本身也參加過幾次的活動。身為該領域的菜鳥，一開始總會以論壇中多數人的意見為依歸，畢竟聽有經驗的人說總不會錯，也可以降低自己嘗試的風險，於是當碰上需要決策時，便開始自我設限，認為自己的條件不足，有些事情就不該去嘗試。然經過幾次試驗後，漸漸發覺網路上並不是每件事情都代表真理。

如果仔細觀察論壇，逐漸可以發現，在論壇中只要碰上某些特定的議題，主流意見馬上會出現將議題偏向某個特定立場，在經歷過幾次不同意見出現然後被群起圍攻之後，主流意見就慢慢主導了整個論壇的走向。

還記得以前看過一個有趣的猴子實驗，講的就是這種群體效應的故事。

有科學家曾做過一個實驗，把四隻猴子關在一個密閉的房間裏，每天餵很少食物，讓猴子餓得吱吱叫。數天後，科學家在房間上面的小洞放下一串香蕉時，一隻餓得頭昏眼花的猴子一個箭步衝向前，可是當它還沒拿到香蕉時，就被預設機關所潑出的熱水燙得全身是傷，當後面三隻猴子依次爬上去拿香蕉時，一樣被熱水燙傷。於是猴子們只好望“蕉”興歎。

又過了幾天，實驗者換了一隻新猴子進入房內，當新猴子肚子餓得也想嘗試爬上去吃香蕉時，立刻被其他三隻猴子制止，並告知有危險，千萬不可嘗試。

實驗者再換一隻猴子進入，當這隻猴子想吃香蕉時，有趣的事情發生了，這次不但剩下的兩隻老猴制止它，連沒被燙過的半新猴子也極力阻止它。

實驗繼續，當所有的猴子都被替換過後，即使沒有一隻猴子真的被熱水燙過，仍沒有一隻猴子敢去碰香蕉。

最後，雖然上頭的熱水機關早被移除了，而熱水澆注的“組織慣性”束縛著進入籠子的每一隻猴子，使牠們對唾手可得的盤中美餐——香蕉，奉若神明，最後誰也不敢前去享用。

過去總認為，網路就像自由社會的縮影，可以包容多元的意見。但我想，或許網路就真的是社會的縮影，所以在侷限的社群中，也不免有意見領袖存在。如果從公關的角度來看，操作論壇、議題管理也不是什麼值得大驚小怪的事。

網路世界中，什麼是真的，什麼是假的，全憑自己獨立思考判斷。

最近跟代辦在討論申請文件的內容，開始回頭探討我的人生，我是個什麼樣的人？過去我為每一次重大職涯轉換的決定，成就這項決定背後的動機是什麼？什麼樣的成長背景與經驗引導我會走到今天這一步？這種感覺好像回到大學時代做人專論文的時候，透過訪談與質化研究來探討個人的成長學習模式，只是這次被研究的對象變成了自己。

在訪談的過程中，過去有些不愉快的經驗，會突然湧上心頭，讓我久久不能自已，但事後轉個心念想一想，或許這也是一次的機會，讓我更了解自己，找出埋藏在心底已久、佈滿青苔石頭，搬開、放下後，心裡的那顆幼苗才能繼續成長。

展示你的獨特性

在申請就讀MBA的過程中最重要的文件就是essays。Top B-School錄取的標準有這麼幾項：有份量的工作經驗、優異的GMAT成績和出色的essays。若是你已經達到了700分以上或是接近700分，那麼你就應該花大力氣把短文寫好，使你在眾多的申請者中脫穎而出。

出色地完成B-School要求的短文的確是件非常困難的事情，北美的申請者們對這個任務往往感到力不從心。較好的英語表達能力、清晰的思路，只是寫好短文最最基本的條件。在此基礎之上，申請者還必須準備理解短文的題目並且把短文寫得生動而獨特。

Top B-School一般安排至少五個人評審每一位申請者的材料。如果他們一致欣賞某一位申請者的材料，他／她就基本上被錄取了。每一位審讀者都要讀幾百份，甚至數千份申請材料。閱讀每一份材料的時間只有短短的幾分鐘，所以如果你寫的短文不能吸引他們，你就會被淹沒而喪失機會。

因此，你千萬不能把短文寫得乏味。不論是在北美還是在中國，申請者普遍的錯誤是試圖猜出提問者需要的答案，然後採取迎合的態度，寫出四平八穩、不偏不倚的文章來。這樣的文章往往過於概括、籠統，缺乏新穎生動的細節。用英語的術語說，你不能使用generalities和platitudes，你一定要依賴specificity。　　怎樣才能展示自己的獨特性（uniqueness）呢？
　　
有一位申請者對我說，她在一家國際知名的跨國公司駐京辦事處工作，把她的中國文化背景、跨國公司的工作經驗寫出來，與北美的申請者比起來不就很獨特了嗎？

的確，這樣的背景與北美的申請者比較起來是夠獨特了，但有這樣背景的人很多。改革開放至今，大量的外資湧入中國，的確在中國培養了一大批年輕的商務工作者。他們工作勤奮，雄心勃勃，有許多人都有去北美第一流商學院學習的願望。但現在第一流商學院的錄取競爭十分激烈，它們每年在中國的招生人數非常有限，這就決定絕大多數的申請者得不到這樣的機會。因此，國內的一個成功的申請者不僅要考慮到國際的競爭者，更要考慮到來自同胞的競爭。

商學院的錄取評審者十分強調“有品質的工作經驗”（quality work experience）。所謂“有品質”就是說，申請者應該在這樣的工作經歷中學到或有機會展現領導能力、管理才幹或潛在的管理才幹。值得注意的是，這樣的能力和才幹，並不像大學的平均成績或GMAT成績那樣有具體的數字做標準。你到底是不是有能力和才幹，在很大程度上取決於你自己的表達。在敍述自己的成就的短文中，你不能籠統他說你在管理工作中遇到了許多挑戰，因為我們可以說所有的工作中都有挑戰，沒有一樣工作是容易的。你應該非常具體地敍述是什麼樣的挑戰。在敍述中要有具體的人物和情景。

有些申請者在得到這樣的諮詢後，以為現在需要做的就是編故事了。但你千萬不要低估評審委員們的洞察力。他們怎麼會不知道“領導能力”、“管理才幹”這些素質並沒有硬性的指標，他們大多閱讀過成千上萬篇短文，在判斷真偽
上十分有經驗。所以，在儘量生動地展示自己的過程中不能背離誠實這個原則。

除了以上談到的要求以外，究竟應該以什麼樣的風格來寫作這些短文呢？比方說是否可以寫得抒情一些、幽默一些？我們建議你不要這樣做。中國申請人的英語水準往往是有限的，要想在英語寫作上玩什麼風格一般只能是自討苦吃。北美的申請者中的別出心裁和自作聰明也不乏其人。幾乎所有的評審委員者都表示他們痛恨矯揉造作。另外，他們一致指出，MBA是嚴肅的專業培訓項目，申請者應該把短文寫得正式一些。

十分不希望給讀者留下一個錯誤的印象，即為了生動和具體，在短文中一味地敍述或是講故事就可以了。生動和具體的例子是用來說明你的某種品質或某種觀點的。比方說有一位申請者講到他的母親怎樣含辛茹苦，在極其困難的經濟條件下培養他上學。他可以把這一經歷寫得生動而感人，但評審委員會想知道的是有這樣的經歷、這樣的母親給他帶來了什麼影響？換句話說，他應該說明苦難的經歷造就了他的堅強的性格，或者說他母親的犧牲使他成為一個有責任感的人，等等。由此我們知道，在寫作短文的時候，應該把敍述和分析結合在一起。　　

短文的內容

你是不可能用二三天時間或是一個工作周的業餘時間來寫出一套出色的短文的。根據我們的經驗，從思考短文問題到最後成文起碼要兩周的時間。在寫作這些短文之前，你應該圍繞著“獨特性”來仔細地反思自己的全部經歷、能力、抱負和追求。你還要有一個非常明確的目標，那就是，你應該塑造怎樣的一個自我形象。在這個思考的過程中，你要反復地用“獨特性”來檢驗你計畫塑造的形象，看它是否生動、真實、有說服力。塑造形象的材料是什麼呢？那就是你的生活和工作中的經歷。你要仔細地搜索、錘煉這些片斷和經歷，而把具體的塑造技巧也就是短文寫作上的細節安排放在後面。

你應該在如下幾個方面做重大而深刻的思考：

關於工作：
1）什麼樣的工作最能調動我的積極性，或者我的工作中的哪些方面最讓我感到振奮？
2）我在什麼樣的工作上最能發揮我的特長？我還欠缺什麼？
3）我最喜歡什麼樣的工作環境？
4）我是一個優秀的管理者嗎？或者，我具備一個優秀的管理者的素質嗎？我有什麼具體的例子對自己做出評價？
5）我更適合在一個群體裏工作還是獨自工作？
6）我喜歡與什麼類型的人在一起工作？ 7）我是否適合與數字打交道？
　　
今後的目標：
1）我在事業上的目標是什麼？（包括五年的和十年的時間）
2）今後我最樂於在工作中運用MBA下的哪一門專業？
3）我最鍾情於哪一類工商企業？
4）如果我想通過MBA的學習來改變我目前的職業，我的理由究竟何在？我目前的工作為什麼妨礙我才能的發揮？

大學生活和業餘生活：
1）我在校園內參加過什麼活動？這些活動是如何鍛煉了我的領導能力和管理能力？
2）我在大學本科時學到的知識和技能對今後的MBA學習有什麼幫助？
3）我在大學期間最重大的成就和最大的失誤是什麼？這對我有什麼影響？
4）我的朋友們對我有什麼感覺？
5）我為我的性格感到驕傲嗎？為什麼？
6）我最嚴重的個性缺陷是什麼？
7）我有什麼業餘愛好？
8）在我的一生中誰對我的影響最大？為什麼？
9）在我的一生中有什麼重大的事件幫助塑造了我的價值觀？　　

常見的短文問題分類
（一）關於以往職業發展，今後的目標。這幾乎是每個學校必問的問題。當然，每個學校的措辭會有些不同。如下面的幾個例子：
Briefly describe your career progression to date. Elaborate on your future career plans and your motivation for pursuing a graduate degree at Kellogg. Why are you seeking an MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business, how have your professional experiences influenced your desire to continue your education, and what are your plans and goals after you receive your degree?

Please discuss your long-term career goals and the role the MBA wil1 play in those plans. (Duke's Fuqua School of Business)

（三）比較難處理的道德問題（ethical di1emmas）。儘管我們認為沒有哪所商學院聲稱教授“倫理學”，但許多學校開設有關課程，讓學生對工商管理中可能出現的難處理的道德問題有初步認識，並促使他們思考以後工作中遇到類似情況時應如何處理。如哈佛商學院開設諸如“管理中的道德難題”等選修課，在佛吉尼亞大學，職業道德被視為MBA教育的基礎，全體一年級學生都要學習有關的必修課程。

由於道德問題在當今MBA教學中日益受到重視，在申請過程中遇到類似問題，就不足為奇了。其中，典型的問題包括：
*Describe an ethical dilemma that you have personally encountered. What alternative actions did you consider and why? Do not tell us what you decided to do. (For purposes of this question， ethical is defined as "in accordance with accepted principles of conduct".) (Stanford)
*What is the most difficult ethical dilemma you have faced in your professional life? Articulate the nature of the difficulty. Upon present reflection， would you have resolved this dilemma in a different manner? (UVA)

在考慮如何回答這類問題時，思路要開闊，記住領導才能並不只是體現在工作中。

（五）有關社區或課外活動方面的問題。這類問題給申請人一個很好的機會向招生委員會展示自己工作之外的其他生活側面，突出自己與眾不同之處。這類問題的形式是多種多樣的：
*List your involvement in community, extracurricular, and professional activities. Please indicate the dates of your involvement, the scope of your responsibilities, whether you were elected or appointed to leadership positions, and the offices held. (University of Chicago)
*What one nonprofessional activity do you find most inspirationa1, and why? (Wharton)

（六）有關申請人的良師益友的題目。錄取委員會可以通過你對自己良師益友的描述，瞭解你的事業發展情況。這類問題例如：

需要提醒讀者注意的是，寫“任選”短文，不要局限在工作或學業領域內。因為這兩方面的內容通常已經體現在申請材料的其他部分了。申請人應運用“任選”短文向評審委員會展示自己的另外一個側面，突出自己的與眾不同之處

今天早上六點多鬧鐘還沒響就醒了，趕緊梳洗之後，坐在桌前一邊啃昨天晚上在火車站買的麵包，一邊看昨天晚上看了一整晚都讀不太下去的小行星原文，還好經過一晚的睡眠，精神終於比較能夠集中！

抵達考場時間還算早，進場時只有三個人，似乎同間考場內還有不同考試的考生。雖然這次已抱著必死的決心，但考試中間還是因為遇到不會的題目，有點緊張，尤其這次JJ只有4天的份量，考試並沒遇到太多狗。雖然考前已在筆記本上寫了斗大的Pace提醒自己，但Verbal還是做得跟龜速一樣，最後5題只剩不到2分鐘，只好抱著可能得再考一次的心情，快速瀏覽後通通猜C，按下結束鈕直接赴死。好在雖然Quant的部分我還是很可恥的只拿了48，但整體分數已經達到可以接受的成績啦！

Today I spotted this photo from an e-newspaper from Lonely Planet. The photo reminds me the unforgettable memory of my India trip. The trip is so meaningful for me for 3 reasons: first, it is a totally different country I was familiar with or I believe for most Taiwanese they will feel the same way at that time; Secondly, it was my first trip to go abroad without accompanying by my family ; Third, I tried very hard to persuade my parents to let me join the trip while I've never been so eager to ask something from my parents until then. And I'm now still grateful for the decision I made.

Recently I read a book called "30歲前一定要搞懂的自己". The name of the book sounds cliche but I found it, unlike other inspiring book, shares in-depth insight of young generation other than just tells some beautiful but shallow words. The book was written by a Korean psychiatrist who has accumulated over 12 years counseling experience with young adult in Korea. He discussed some common psychological issues most young adults have faced nowadays and shared in-depth observation toward the generation of 20~30 years old people.
I like to quote some of my favorite lines below:

If you consider every steps you've taken, you'll find that there's nothing you made was forced by people. So stop telling you have no choice, because even you're put in the difficult situation, there is one thing no one can take from you- you have the right to choose how to deal with the difficulties.
If you want to flee away from tough situation, make sure you know the destination.
Most of the time you think people are judging you, actually it is you who are judging yourself.
Don't feel regret for the decision you've made before, because every step you've made was formed by the intelligence and mind you have at that time, and even you go back and take the same path again, you will make the same choice. So focus on the future and accept what you've gone through.

剛在網路上聽到這首好聽的Bachata歌曲，上Wiki查了一下發現Bachata這個曲風是源自多明尼加，原本多在鄉村地方傳唱，歌詞大部份都是關於愛情、為愛心碎、哀傷的主題。Bachata後來風靡了整個拉丁美洲，並發展出以這類歌曲所編的舞蹈類型。Bachata多半是用吉他、鼓跟多明尼加的傳統樂器伴奏。

這首Bachata Rosa旋律蠻輕柔的，歌手的聲音有磁性又帶有滄桑感，跟平常拉丁美洲舞曲給人熱情奔放的感覺不大一樣～聽到這首歌也不禁讓我想到Vicky Christina Barcelona裡，有天夜晚男主角帶Vicky去聽西班牙吉他演奏，迎著微風，輕搖曳的營火，隨意繞著樂手圍坐，只要舒服的享受音樂的洗禮，感覺好不愜意～:)

仔細看過歌詞發現這三首歌的組曲穿插著一種巧妙的安排
經由背景輕快的電鋼琴串起帶出中板的瘋狂世界

昨天聚會見到了好多許久不見的朋友
有人已在美國有了好的發展並考慮在國外繼續攻讀博士
有些人即將出國或在國內繼續深造
有些人期待畢業、當兵
有些人已找到自己喜愛的工作過著快樂的上班族生活
還有人沉醉在愛河中與另一半感情濃的化不開

當年紀越來越大　察覺人生有許多變與不變的事
會變的是　每個人都一直朝著自己的目標持續前進　處事想法也會變得更加成熟
不變的是　一貫的垃圾話與互放冷箭風格

Time flies 我也要繼續努力
希望明年年初就能有好消息與大家分享！:)

When getting older, it is more important for us to think about the ROI when making a huge decision, while the decision might totally change your life and your career path.

Last week I joined two seminars which focused on study abroad, a lot of alums who have an MBA/Master degree shared a lot of valuable experiences and advice for prospective students in selecting school and program. Before deciding the program and area I want to apply for, it is important for me to ask myself the below questions:

In which geographic area and what position do you like to be in the near 5 or 10 years?
How much deposit do you have? Will there anyone can provide financial support to the degree?
What kind of life do you like to live in the future?
What value do you think the degree can bring you?
Isn't there any other way to achieve your career goal?

Speaking of the ROI

Gain from the investment: Requirement of pursuing a better position/ job, salary increase, broader world view , get a job in foreign country(Due to the weak economic situation, I would put a question mark on this...), professional knowledge and self-improvement, cross-culture experience, personal connections/network, language skill etc.

Cost of investment: Time and money in pursuing the degree, loan need to be pay off in 2~5 years or more(depends on your financial situation and the program you pursue), opportunity cost(the salary you could earn in your position), for girls there might be the cost to get another half when getting older :p etc.

Reality:

*In terms of the financial issue, for international students, pursuing a Top 10 MBA program in US might cost approximately NT$6,000,000(including tuition and living expense in the US for 2 years), even for students who study in schools out of Top 20, they might have to spend at least NT$30,00,000 for the degree, and this dose not include the opportunity cost yet.

**In terms of career path and ability to pay off the investment, one reason people like to have a MBA degree in Top school is to get the ticket to be an investment banker and consultant, while these two jobs can pay off their investment on MBA the soonest. However, the MBA alums who are currently working at Mckinsey and BCG also indicated that for people in their positions, it is almost impossible to strike a balance between life and work while their working hour is around 60~100 hours per week in average.

***MBA might be a plus when looking for a job, however, the previous working experiences still weigh a lot for HR to evaluate a candidate.

****Due to the current weak economic situation, you should not expect a high salary increase for people who have an MBA or Master.

Previously I would hesitate to study for an MBA or Master degree, whether in the US or Europe. Now the answer is more clear...

一月球迷Live體驗

昨天凌晨兩點半特地爬起來看西班牙對德國的半準決賽，而這場比賽將決定誰能拿到晉級冠軍賽的門票。雖然賽前德國會在今年奪冠的預測討論的沸沸揚揚，但有了之前比賽頻頻爆冷門的經驗，我還是堅持挺我的西班牙！！！最後事實證明，章魚哥果然是神準！

比賽過程中西班牙持球時間跟射門數一路都遠高於德國，但雖然西班牙有多次的進攻機會，卻遲遲無法破門，上半場還是以0-0做結，好在下半場Puyol出奇不意的頂進一球，成為西班牙致勝的關鍵！賽後德國教練也在記者會上做了十分有風度的發言，預測西班牙會奪得這屆世界盃冠軍！就如同德國教練之前所說的，阿根廷只有一個Messi，但西班牙整隊幾乎都是明星球員，即使今天Torres直到比賽進行到80分鐘才上場，Villa在打單前鋒的陣形上無法發揮，但我們還有Xavi, Iniesta等強大的中場跟Ramos、Pique、Puyol等實力堅強的球員，加上絕佳的團隊默契，勝利最後還是屬於西班牙的呀！

賽後西班牙女王到球員更衣室祝賀，尷尬的是當時Puyol在洗澡，只好趕快隨便圍一條浴巾出來，太冏啦！

龜兔賽跑

過了端午，氣溫開始飆高，加上前幾個禮拜梅雨季來臨，天氣又悶又熱，皮膚過敏加富貴手接連報到，心情變得更加煩躁。

最近念不下書時，就上網看看世界盃比賽重播/轉播，順便為前進歐洲作準備！有趣的是生平第一次看完全程轉播的比賽，支持的隊伍－有無敵艦隊之稱的本屆奪冠大熱門－西班牙隊就大爆冷門以0:1輸給了瑞士隊，讓全球球迷及運動彩賭徒的眼鏡碎了一地。同樣演出爆冷門的還有許久才在世界舞台上露一次面的北韓，一下讓世界排名第1的巴西隊陷入苦戰，又挾著萬眾期待下以0:7被葡萄牙踢出16強晉級門外。前幾天氣勢如虹的南美戰將阿根廷跟巴西居然又在八強賽分別輸給了德國及荷蘭，喪失爭奪冠軍獎盃的資格。(比利魔王真的該退休了，章魚哥才是王道)

我一直就不是個職業球迷，所以也沒什麼好分析這些爆冷門球隊的戰術或背後的原因。只是這一連串的爆冷門，讓我想到龜兔賽跑的寓言，即使一開始就不被看好的球隊，只要不斷努力，加上相信自己，絕對有拔得頭籌的機會。Anything is about your confidence and effort，或許我不該這麼的悲觀。昨天跟歐洲校友對談，給了我一記當頭棒喝，台灣人跟外國人比起來，最缺乏的就是自信，如果我自己都覺得不可能，不敢去試，那還有什麼機會？

最近突然覺得自己變得好脆弱，
很多事即便看不慣，卻沒法改變，

喜歡那種，單純為了唱歌而唱歌的感覺。

唱一首歌，傳達出對某人的思念、透露一些訊息或表達某種情感，不是為了賺錢，而是單純覺得唱歌很快樂，可以獲得成就感。
雖然不太喜歡企業利用這些真實故事來連結自身品牌形象的手法，畢竟這些企業也不是真的曾經為這些"不平凡的大眾"做過什麼事，但不可否認這些廣告確實讓更多人知道"他們"的故事。
與其看那些經過誇張戲劇化的修飾、翻拍、改編的廣告，不如看看忠於"原味"的紀錄片吧！體會一下那真實人生的感動。

Las Escarlatinas

這幾天逛博客來的網站才發現之前蠻喜歡的一個西班牙樂團Las Escarlatinas 居然去年就發行新專輯了! 記得剛開始學西文時，逛誠品試聽了Las Escarlatinas上一張專輯A todo color，輕快的旋律跟清新自然的聲音讓人聽著聽著很容易心情就跟著愉悅了起來，而我也毫不猶豫地掏出錢包買下這生平第一張的西文專輯。雖然事後發現這張專輯裡居然沒附歌詞(想騙自己買CD可以學西文的藉口立即破滅)，奇妙的是想透過網路無遠弗界的威力搜尋，嘗試過中/英/西文三語關鍵字後，我還是只能google到主打歌A todo color的歌詞(這還可能是因為台灣有歌手翻唱過這首歌的關係)。直到最近偶然看到一篇大陸網友寫的文章，我才發現真的有歌迷還特地寫信去給西班牙的唱片公司要過整張專輯的歌詞，結果答案是：連他們自己也沒有檔案!!!西班牙人也太free了吧?!

Domir o morir
這是目前聽到還蠻喜歡的一首歌，domir在西文代表睡覺的意思，morir則是死亡，唱片公司前衛花園把歌名為"睡著或死掉"，至於歌裡到底在講啥，我西文還沒好到可以聽聲辨詞的境界...

回味一下上張專輯好聽的A todo color(2005)，todo就是很多的意思，color西文發音唸起來比較像中文的"口落"，意思就是顏色囉～簡言之歌名就是colorful，色彩繽紛的意思。

Today I watched the final episode of Ugly Betty. Betty has accompanied me for more than 2 years-- when I began to follow Ugly Betty, It was also the time to start my first job as an Account Executive in a PR agency in Taipei. I like the movie series since I always can find something alike in both of us, for example, we both start our career in our dream industry. Coincidentally, with the movie series finally come to an end, I am also on the way to my next step--study abroad.

In the last episode, Betty finally made up her mind to leave Mode, her first company where she has stayed for 2 years, and accept a new job in London to run a brand new magazine. This is quite a big challenge for her but truly something she has dreamed for a long time. In season 4, Betty kept hesitating whether working in the fashion industry was her true calling or not. She got friends, sense of achievement and precious memory here, but deep in her heart she knew this was not she want. She would rather do positive impact to people than tell people what fashion is.

I've quite touched by the plot that Betty was about to leave her first job since "first job" did have a meaning for some people, at least for me. Although the below should be posted four months before, forgive me that until now I just the inspiration to write. I considered first job as the door for people to start their career. Not to mention all the basic skill I've acquired from work, I've also learned the right working attitude and know-how of the industry. Yet as far as I'm concerned, the most important thing my first job brought me was-- the opportunity to get to know myself. Sometimes you have to admit that you will never realize what you want until you really try it. It took me almost 2 years to acknowledge the truth, but it's not too late. Though I felt kind of complicated while leaving my first job--kind of lost, but also relief, I've never regret. I'm still grateful for those people I've met including my customers, the media, global partners as well as my boss and colleagues. Whether good or bad, it was those people that taught me and made me become the current Me.

Now as the series was finished, it's time to leave the past behind and move forward.

這禮拜的Glee回歸，在episode14結束前唱了The Beatles的Hello Goodbye，讓我想起2000年第一次聽到The Beatles時的感動，趕緊找出塵封已久的CD出來回味，聽到記憶中的歌聲，多了一種懷念的感覺。

還記得那時候是跟同學借的這張The Beatles 1精選輯

昨天聽到Glee的版本，完全是流行樂的編曲。

壞的開始等於成功的三分之一

偶然在找托福資訊時，發現對岸博客分享的一篇文章，還蠻有趣的。文章中討論了傳統上我們認定一定要有一個好的開始，才是成功的一半。但假如我們不知道這是否是一個好的開始，抑或是一時之間沒辦法有一個很好的開始，那又如何呢？

新年是一個好事情，他提醒人們總結過去，思考未來。
過去一年，你過得怎麼樣？新的一年，你準備好什麼樣的開始？我想講一個關於開始的故事。

有一段時間，邱吉爾在政治上面受到打擊，無事可做，終日抑鬱。家人看在眼裏，於是忙不迭的給他找活幹——事業上面不成功，就找點其他地方的消閒，這個自古就是這樣。要不幹嘛說失業去西藏，失戀跑麗江呢?

他的一個鄰居的妻子正好是畫家，於是家人鼓勵他去給女畫家學畫。
邱吉爾在政治舞臺上面敢作敢為，橫衝直撞。但是面對乾淨潔白的畫布，他卻遲遲不敢下筆。畢竟，這是一個重要的開始呢！邱吉爾面對畫布發呆了十多分鐘，還是不知道第一筆從哪里下手。女畫家見到了，一言不發，將所有的顏料都塗到了畫布上，畫布瞬間變得亂七八糟。邱吉爾看到畫布反正已經變成這樣，就拿起筆在上面任意的塗抹起來。這就是邱吉爾的第一個開始，雖然慘不忍睹，但是邱吉爾的心門已經打開啦！

從此邱吉爾在畫畫上一發而不可收拾，一邊從政，一邊畫畫長達十餘年，留下來很多風格迥異，思維大膽的油畫。更加重要的是，邱吉爾重新開始恢復自信，在政治上開始重新崛起。

這個故事告訴我們，如果你沒有一個好的開始，不妨試試看一個壞的開始吧。因為一個壞的開始，總比沒有開始強。好的開始等於成功的一半，壞的開始至少等於成功的三分之一。

總的來說，開始是這麼一個東西，他讓人可以丟下不滿的現狀，進入到一個全新的希望中間去，但正是因為全新，所以你會損失很多過去。花費你的一部分過去，去購買一個未來，那就是一個開始的價值。

萬科典當了自己的多元化，購買回來一個專業化的未來。邱吉爾典當了自己的政治失敗，購買回來一個自信的未來。你的過去應該典當麼？你購買的未來真的為你而來？這是每一個人在開始之前值得思考的東西。

也許正如紀伯倫說：There is a staying in my going，there is a going in my staying ,在每個開始中間都有過去，在每個過去中間，都有開始。

好的開始等於成功的二分之一，而一個壞的開始至少等於成功的三分之一。新的一年，無論你有什麼夢想，都請給自己一個新的開始吧！

Bien o Mal

心情很容易受音樂而影響這種事不知道是好還是壞(Bien o Mal)?

大部分會受我青睞的歌都是走輕快或勵志high歌路線，憂鬱路線走紅的悲歌一般來說很難吸引到我，我也很少看歌詞，通常光聽旋律就可以決定這首歌要不要收錄到我的歌單。偶爾聽到一首喜歡的歌，我就會一直讓它repeat，狂聽好幾次直到膩為止，即使有時候設定了播放清單，也會想快轉或直接跳到我最喜歡的那首，可能潛意識裡就是想讓自己一直保持好心情吧？

十年

石管局大草坪，每到週末都有一大堆人在那邊放風箏、打羽球

一晃眼搬來桃園也快十年了。最近不知道為什麼，常常想起以前住在龍潭的回憶。
小時候住在龍潭，家裡有庭院、草皮還有車庫，無聊時只要到鄰居家門口喊一喊，就可以找到玩伴出來聊天打屁，一起在巷子裡玩大白鯊、騎腳踏車。每到週末，全家人就會一起到附近的茶園散步，欣賞夕陽、吹吹風。


84巷的舊家，記得爸爸在車庫還裝了個盪秋千給我們玩

自從高二搬來桃園後，跟小時候的玩伴漸漸斷了聯繫，這些生活慢慢被遺忘了。記得以前總嫌龍潭不方便，嚮往大都市五光十色的生活，國中的時候只要想到每次段考結束能坐車到中壢逛街就能期待個半天，但這兩年在台北住過、工作過一段時間後，又開始想念以前住鄉下的日子，朋友同學都住在附近，不用一出門被高樓大廈、馬路車陣給包圍，每天都能聽到蟲鳴鳥叫、呼吸新鮮空氣，只要走一小段路就能欣賞到美麗的風景...

找個時間，回去走走吧！

25歲的你

165反詐騙!!!!

今天在家接到詐騙集團假冒警察打來的電話，發覺現在詐騙的話術實在太高明了，除了沒有福建口音外，還使用車輪戰的方式，好幾個人輪番上陣幫你洗腦～今天見識到的就有新竹市第一分局警員、大隊長、書記官跟書記官的助理等人，先是警察來電說我的身份證影本被詐騙集團盜用開設人頭帳戶來收取不法所得，要幫我製作電話筆錄，釐清案情，後來書記官又來電說我已被列為被告，所有被詐騙的人都要跟我討錢。

過程中警察及書記官會不斷套用一堆似是而非的法律名詞取信被害人，並且用心理戰的話術，說要我務必誠實應答，以協助檢察官早日幫我洗清清白，同時由於偵查不公開原則，要我不得將此事透露給家人或朋友知道。在錄製口供過程中要我手機務必要全程保持通話，因為在製作電話筆錄，我所說的每句話都會錄音當成呈堂證供....#@&*

我真的一度要相信了，還好後來趁接電話空檔時google "詐騙+警察" 關鍵字，並打165求證，才發現自己真的上當！趕快把電話掛掉...

上網查了一下，發現好多受害者被這種手法騙去了畢生積蓄，高雄還有位婦人被同個詐騙集團用這種手法欺騙了長達半年，甚至將土地、不動產貸款變現交給假檢察官保管，真的是吸血集團，把人榨乾才罷手！太可怕了！！！

今天還是學到了一課：
1. 警察或檢察官不可能用電話製作筆錄，因為無法確認對方是否本人，就算要製作筆錄也不會用電話通知，而是用傳票，雙掛號寄送，沒收到也會有轄區員警直接送來家中。

2. 就算在家唸書還是得隨時關心新聞時事～保持警覺！！:P

今天偶然看到電視節目介紹某本童書繪本＂你很特別＂，很喜歡這個故事。

故事大概是這樣說的，在某個村子，有一群叫做微美克的小木頭人，他們每個人都長的不一樣，但每天都做著同樣的事：互相為每個人貼貼紙。當看到漂亮的、漆色好的小木頭人，他們會幫他貼上星星貼紙。而那些褪了色，表面粗糙的小木頭人，就會就被貼上灰點貼紙，胖哥就是其中之一。他很想表現但卻每次都出醜，當他摔倒時，眾人就會圍上來幫他貼上灰點貼紙，跌跤身體磨傷了，又會有人走過來幫他貼上灰點貼紙。到後來，他身上的灰點越來越多，有些人只是因為看到他身上有很多張灰點貼紙，而想要幫他貼貼紙。漸漸的他越來越不喜歡出門。

直到他偶然遇見了一個小木偶，奇怪的是，他身上沒有一張灰色貼紙，也沒有一顆星星。並不是因為別人不幫他貼貼紙，而是只要貼紙貼到他身上，都會掉落下來。胖哥很好奇，也很羨慕，就問他該怎麼做才能跟他一樣？那個小木偶於是帶他去找創造所有小木人的木匠伊萊，伊萊告訴他＂你很特別。所以你不需要去在意其他人的想法＂

原來，小木偶身上黏不住貼紙的秘密是＂只有當你越在乎別人給你的貼紙時，貼紙才貼得住。＂

Although I'm not a FIFA fan, I was enchanted by this song since I heard it by chance on facebook...

Waving flag is a single published in 2009, from a Somali Canadian musician K'anna. The song was chosen as the official song of Coca-Cola for their 2010 FIFA World Cup program and remixed in Spanish, features Spanish singer David Bisbal. I love the Spanish version very much not just because I want to practice my poor Spanish since I dropped the class, but I just felt it sounds especially motivational, enthusiastic and quite fit in the sunny days lately... OK, now maybe I should admit it's just a personal preference or maybe a "side effect" resulted from my recent reading Latin America stories before sleep. :-p

Recently I watched a movie called "Peaceful Warrior". The story is about a young talented gymnast Dan Millman, and his struggle to make sense of his life. Even though he had been a successful gymnast star who had gone to the top university, he couldn't sleep well and always felt lost and empty when he woke up at midnight. By chance he met "Sorcrates", an old man who worked in a gas station, showing him how little he truly knew about living. In the months that followed his career-threatening injury, Sorcrate imparted to the young man the wisdom that he needed to leave the past behind and follow the path of destiny and fulfill his transformation into the peaceful warrior.

In this movie, there are a lot of scenes that let me feel touched and inspired. For example, when the lead character first met Sorcrates, the old man asked him, "Are you happy?" Most of the time, we thought we were happy when we get something we want like winning a competition, getting a promotion or doing something which is considered as successful by people etc. In contrast, if we try really hard to get something but in vain, we feel upset. Someone might keep asking "why?", some might choose to escape from reality. Yet, we just realize it's all waste of time.

In this movie, the director try to convey some concepts such as "Everything has a purpose" and "There are no ordinary moments". These words might sound like cliche, however I was kind of aware that they make sense a few weeks ago--after I spent a lot of time, effort, money etc. to chase a dream but failed eventually. Every time we chase a dream, it was the journey what brought us something, not the destination. Life itself is a journey, so there is no starting or stopping, all we have to do is doing.

今年過年做了一些新的嘗試，也有許多意想不到的意外發生。
意料之外的因為工作證的問題，留在台灣過年
不得已接受老爸指派幫家人規劃台南高雄的新春旅遊

去了好多之前都沒去過的地方
吃了好多小吃
也對這塊我們所生長的土地有更深的了解
等工作證的日子，看了一些書讓我每到一個地方，都希望能對當地的歷史文化發展了解更透徹一些

這次的旅行　雖然是意料之外

但如果不是這次因為簽證事情留在台灣過年
或許也沒機會促成這次的旅遊　讓全家人關係更緊密一些

今天早上在公視看到獨立特派員節目報導北歐的芬蘭，一個跟台灣一樣邁入老齡化社會的國家，政府在老人的福利制度上，除了考慮晚年的疾病照護之外，目光還看到了更遠，也就是推廣老人運動以預防疾病。此外這項計畫除了每年提撥固定經費，還結合了當地的學校資源，讓大學真正與社區結合，取之於社區，同時也對社區提供貢獻！

"只有臨終前的兩星期，才躺到床上過日子" 這是芬蘭中部的佑華斯克拉針對老人運動所推行的口號。

在這個人口只有八萬人的城市，每年市政府花預算百分之二的兩億五千萬元，來推動運動保健。佑華斯克拉一年聘請十三位運動教練、四十位物理治療師，和七十位領時薪的體育科系學生，幫助老人做適當的運動。

在專為老人設置的公立運動俱樂部裡，年逾花甲的老先生、老太太，經過專業的運動處方，生龍活虎地翻滾、跳躍，甚至還有些台灣中年人也不見得敢嘗試的動作，像是翻觔斗、在吊環上倒立…….

老人因為持續運動讓身體更健康，花在醫療上的錢自然就少了。

這個故事更讓我印象深刻的是，這裡的大學在城市中扮演的角色。當在城市中成立一所大學，他們所關注的不只是膚淺探討例如學生如何刺激鄰近商圈消費、大學成為社區居民的休閒運動場所、集會場所等效益，而是更深入的帶動社區居民共同學習，讓該校的體育系學生發揮自身專業輔助老人運動，為每位老人設計專屬運動建議課程。

在這個故事中，我不只看到了社區老人因此受惠，但相信學生也相同受惠。近幾年台灣發展運動觀光休閒盛行，但大多著重於針對上班族或青壯年的運動俱樂部。或許老人運動這一塊，也是未來值得關注的潛力領域。

或許是因為個性使然，從小我就習慣在事前一定反覆考慮任何有可能發生的情況，然後做最壞的打算，選擇最安全的一條路。

參考排行榜聽熱門音樂
從13~19歲都是請專櫃小姐幫忙搭配衣服
在組織裡習慣當幕僚角色，不愛出頭
包包裡裝滿各種備而不用的用品，因為沒帶到那天絕對會需要它上場...

Let everything be under control，這就是我。我討厭混沌不明的狀態，因為看不清現狀時，我只能頻直覺選擇該走哪一條路。

但是曾幾何時，或許是在決定申請去印度的那一次，讓我開始想做些不同於以往的選擇。比方說自己脫隊搭車去做一場短途的冒險;在布拉格的街道巷弄隨興亂走，品嚐沒聽過的飲料；在維也納街頭迷路，比手畫腳跟不會說英文的路人溝通。一切在意料之外發生的事，反而成為回憶中最深刻的記憶點。

不管這次的冒險是否能夠成行，我都準備好承擔風險。
也許不盡完美，但是在我的生命中終究會留下意義。

週末剛好看到公視重播2005年的一部紀錄片"翻滾吧!男孩"，故事描述曾獲得亞運體操金牌的林育信在退役後回到母校宜蘭公正國小擔任體操教練，帶著七位小男孩苦練體操，最後拿到全國國小體操團體金牌。

故事中的七位小男孩從幼稚園大班到國小二年級不等，有著截然不同的個性與脾氣，唯一的共同點是－下課後，不打電動不去麥當勞，直奔體操訓練場。這部片在熱鬧無比的流暢節奏中，呈現輕鬆幽默的影像觀察，從教練對小朋友嚴父兼慈母的關愛、教練自己的心路歷程，到當年隊友失聯四散的感歎。

很喜歡這部片的地方在於透過紀錄片寫實的鏡頭，讓我們看到這些小小體操選手在追求夢想的過程，雖然艱辛，雖然很生氣教練很兇，卻仍想辦法用有趣的方式讓自己維持熱情！「再苦也要練下去、哭完繼續練下去、生完氣繼續練下去、摔倒爬起來再繼續練下去、再痛也要練下去…」小孩子天真單純的一面也在這裡表露無遺～

有時候追求夢想，就是需要這麼直接，不要藉口，只要堅持下去～
